2. Booking and Payment

Booking Process

  • All bookings require accurate information, including passenger details, pickup location, destination, date, and time. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in service delays or cancellation.
  • Bookings are confirmed only after receiving payment or a payment authorization, unless otherwise agreed.

Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a different arrangement is explicitly agreed upon.
  • We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods specified during booking.

Modifications

3. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before pickup are eligible for a full refund, minus a 5% administrative fee.
  • Cancellations within 24–48 hours are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations less than 24 hours before pickup or no-shows are non-refundable.

4. Responsibilities of Clients

To ensure a smooth and safe experience, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete booking information.
  • Arrive at the designated pickup location on time. A 30-minute grace period is provided; after this, the booking may be considered a no-show.
  • Notify us promptly of any changes or cancellations.
  • Comply with all safety instructions provided by the driver or company staff.
  • Refrain from behavior that may endanger the safety of the driver, passengers, or vehicle (e.g., smoking, consuming alcohol, or carrying prohibited items).
  • Ensure that all luggage and personal items comply with our baggage policy (e.g., size, weight, and quantity limits).

We are committed to:

  • Providing safe, reliable, and professional transportation services.
  • Ensuring that vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with necessary safety features.

6. Safety and Conduct

Passenger Safety

  • Our drivers reserve the right to refuse service to passengers who pose a safety risk (e.g., intoxication, aggressive behavior).

Prohibited Items

7. Liability

Client Liability

8. Force Majeure

Vibe-Way.com is not liable for failure to perform services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Government restrictions or regulations.
  • Strikes, civil unrest, or terrorism.
  • Severe weather conditions.
